Sauce
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp Honey Orange Rosemary Seasoning
๐ Mix everything together and set aside until the chicken is cooked.
๐ Chicken
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced and cubed into small chunks
- 1/2 cup cornstarch + 2 tsps of GPS
- 2โ3 tbsp oil (for frying)
Toss chicken with cornstarch & GPS until well coated. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
๐ง Add-In
As the chicken is cooking, Iโll sautรฉ onions and peppers and add them to the pan before adding the sauce.- Seasoned with GPS
๐ฅ Finish
Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken (and veggies). Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy and sticky.
๐ To Serve
- Serve over rice
- Add steamed carrots on the side – seaon with Garlic Magic or Everything Dill
- Finish with a sprinkle of Everything Bagel Seasoning on top
