π₯ Smash Dumpling Tacos
A crispy-meets-juicy mashup of dumplings + tacos that hits every craving.
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Toasted Sesame Ginger
- 1 tsp A Spice Affair Granulated Garlic & GPS
- 2 tsp EACH OF sesame oil and soy sauce
- 1 cup grated coleslaw mix
For the Dipping Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Water
- Rice vinegar
- Brown sugar
- Sriracha or ΒΌ tsp smoky chipotle (my choice π)
For Serving
- Extra coleslaw mix

- Make the filling:
In a bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, Toasted Sesame Ginger, Granulated Garlic & GPS, sesame oil, soy sauce, and grated coleslaw. Mix well. - Smash it:
Spread the pork mixture evenly over the entire surface of a tortilla wrap, pressing it on firmly. - Cook:
Heat a frying pan with a bit of oil over medium heat.
Place the tortilla meat-side down and cook for a few minutes until the pork is cooked and crispy. - Flip & finish:
Flip and cook the tortilla side briefly until lightly golden. - Make the dipping sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and sriracha (or smoky chipotle) to taste. - Serve & enjoy:
Top with extra coleslaw, fold the taco in half, dip into the sauce, and let your tastebuds celebrate π
