1 ONION CHOPPED

1 TBSP SESAME OIL

1/2 TSP GARLIC MAGIC

1 TBSP TOASTED SESAME AND GINGER

1/2 TSP CHILI FLAKES (I USED KOREAN BBQ)

S&P TO TASTE – SO I USED GPS

1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR (I WOULD USE LESS)

1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS

FRY THE GROUND BEEF AND AN ONION IN THE SESAME OIL

ADD THE SPICES

ONCE COOKED (DRAIN IF NECESSARY) AND ADD IN THE SOY SAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR

SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES – AND I ALSO ADDED ABOUT 1/2 CUP CASHEWS

SERVE OVER RICE THAT I STEAMED WITH “GO!” – GARLIC AND ONION

WITH A SIDE OF BROCCOLI OR GREEN BEANS
