Egg Roll in a Bowl

- I like this recipe because it is so customizable!
- Start off with 1 lb ground meat – ground pork or a ground pork/beef blend is good
- Into a fry pan with a bit of sesame oil and about 2t of Toasted Sesame & Ginger and a bit of GPS
- add in a thinly sliced onion and small, julienned carrots
- cook about 5 min til carrots are soft
- add in about 3 cups of coleslaw mix
- then add the sauce> whisk together
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 t honey or maple syrup
- 2 t sesame oil
- 1 t chili flakes
- 2 t Toasted Sesame and ginger
- Pour this sauce over the top and then heat up for a few minutes
- serve over a bed of rice
- I do 1 cup rice: 2cups of water with a bit of Chick’n free broth and 2 tsp of Everything Onion – bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min and you will get perfect rice every time!
- You can add some optional items – bean sprouts, mushrooms, peppers
