Texas Roadhouse Salmon ๐๐ฅ๐
๐ Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon A Spice Affair Smoked Paprika
ยฝ teaspoon A Spice Affair Granulated Garlic
ยฝ teaspoon A Spice Affair Everything Onion
A Spice Affair GPS, to taste
Lemon wedges (for garnish)
A Spice Affair Parsallot for garnish
๐ฉโ๐ณ Directions:
1๏ธโฃ In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, and GPS until smooth.
2๏ธโฃ Coat the salmon fillets generously with the marinade. Let rest for 15โ30 minutes to absorb the sweet and smoky flavors.
3๏ธโฃ Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 4โ5 minutes per side until caramelized on the outside and flaky inside.
4๏ธโฃ Spoon any remaining glaze over the salmon while cooking for extra shine and flavor.
5๏ธโฃ Remove from heat and let rest briefly. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
6๏ธโฃ Serve warm with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
