Harissa Wings, Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges, Carrots and Ranch Dip
Pub Fare Night
Harissa Chicken Wings
- Prep: Pat wings dry with paper towel (crispy secret!).
- 2–3 tbsp Harissa spice (has a bit of a kick so I just did 2 Tbsp)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey (balances heat)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- Marinate for a couple of hours
Air Fryer Harissa Wings (super crispy, quick)- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 min, shaking basket halfway.
- Optional: glaze with honey + harissa paste before serving for sticky wings.
- Now I found that they were a bit spicy so I wanted a more cool, tangy dipping sauce – this one paired so nicely!! :
- Honey Lime GPS Dip
Ingredients:
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp A Spice Affair Garlic, Pepper & Salt (GPS)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, honey, lime juice, and GPS.
- Taste and adjust – add a touch more honey for sweet, lime for tang, or GPS for seasoning.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving if you have time.
- Serve with Harissa Wings to cool down the heat while keeping bold flavour.
And then I finished the meal with
Garlic Parm Potato Wedges
Cut potatoes into wedges, and rinse under cold water,
Drizzle with some coconut oil and sprinkle with some Garlic Parmesan and some Salt or GPS
Place in air fryer for abut 5 min
Then I did some carrot sticks with some Ranch Dressing:
2 Tbsp of each – mayo and greek yogurt
1 Tbsp of A Spice Affair Ranch Dressing
and there you have it!
