Time to start up the Grill!

Cooking in the Kerkhof Kitchen

KOREAN BBQ SAUCE

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup molasses or honey (I choose molasses)

1/4 c cider vinegar

2 T mustard (I use Dijon)

2 tsp A Spice Affair Parsallot or sub with A Spice Affair Everything Onion

2 tsp A Spice Affair Garlic Magic

1 Tbsp A Spice Affair Korean BBQ

1 tsp Worcestershire

Whisk all ingredients together then pour into a glass jar.

SO for dinner – I took some chicken thighs – sprinkled them with some A Spice Affair GPS and some A Spice Affair Garlic Crush and marinated them in a bit of oil and soy sauce. Throw them onto the grill and then brush with the BBQ Sauce before taking them off

Served with

Grilled Potatoes – sliced (rinsed in cold water) then put them in a bowl with your choice of seasonings – I chose the Garlic Parm and some GPS – and added some sliced onions and a bit of melted coconut oil and we grill them up on the black grill mats

and the veggies – we had some fresh asparagus that I steamed with A Spice Affair Honey Orange Rosemary
