🌮One-Pot Taco Orzo with Ground Beef & Black Beans
Featuring A Spice Affair blends + Gooey Cheese Sauce Tweak!

Ingredients:
🐄 1 lb ground beef
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧅 1 small onion, finely chopped
🌶️ 1 bell pepper, diced
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🌮 1 tbsp A Spice Affair Taco Seasoning
🍚 1 cup orzo pasta
🫘 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
🌽 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
🍅 1 can (19 oz) diced tomatoes (cook a few extra minutes to reduce liquid)
🥣 2 cups A Spice Affair Chick’n Free Vegan Broth
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🌿 Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
🍈 Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:
🔥 Heat olive oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium heat.
🐄 Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat if needed.
🧅 Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 3–4 minutes until softened slightly.
🧄 Stir in garlic and taco seasoning; cook 1 minute to release flavour.
🍚 Add orzo, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and A Spice Affair Chick’n Free Vegan Broth. Stir to combine.
🍲 Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most liquid has absorbed. (Add a few extra minutes if using a 19 oz can of tomatoes.)
🧂 Season with salt & pepper to taste. Let rest a couple of minutes to thicken.
🌿 Fluff with a fork, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges. 🍈

Gooey Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
🧀 ½ block cream cheese
🧈 1 tbsp butter
🌶️ 2 tsp A Spice Affair Fiesta Salsa Blend
🧄 1 tsp A Spice Affair Roasted Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Blend
🍲 ½ cup broth – use the NEW A Spice Affair Chick’n Vegan Broth (½ tsp blend + ½ cup hot water – seriously AMAZING flavour!!!)
🧀 1 heaping cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
🫕 In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
🌶️ Add Fiesta Salsa Blend and Roasted Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Blend; stir to combine.
🍲 Slowly whisk in the Chick’n Vegan Broth until silky and blended.
🧀 Add shredded cheddar cheese; stir until melted and gooey.
