…on the Blackstone
Grilled Fajita Wraps
This idea came together because we had leftover cooked, BBQ’d pork chops. You of course, could use steak or chicken too!
If you are using meat that has not been cooked yet – then put that on the grill first
We did bell peppers – use red, green, orange/yellow
and some slices of onion
sprinkle each with some A Spice Affair Fajita Seasoning
Then we threw on the leftover bbq’d pork chops and sprinkled them with some BBQ Infused Sea Salt.
Toss all ingredients together. Then place some of the mix in the centre of a tortilla wrap. Top with some grated cheddar cheese. Fold over the long side up, then tuck in the 2 sides, and then roll tightly. Onto the grill it goes and smash it down. Grill both sides for a couple of minutes.
Serve with a side of Salsa (freshly chopped tomatoes with the Salsa Fiesta and a dollop of sour cream or greek yogurt… and enjoy!
I would love to hear of the variations you try!
